These terms govern the use of our services — including car rentals, airport transfers, outstation rides, one-way trips, and corporate cab services in Ahmedabad. By booking with Zoop Cab, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Introduction and Service Scope

Zoop Cab is a trusted car rental company in Ahmedabad, providing top-quality vehicles and professional chauffeurs for local and outstation travel. Our services cover:

• Local city rides

• Outstation cab services

• Airport pickup and drop

• Corporate transportation

• One-way and round-trip bookings

We serve individuals, families, and businesses across Gujarat, ensuring punctuality, safety, and comfort.

2. Booking Policy

At Zoop Cab, we aim to make your booking experience as convenient as possible. You can book a cab via:

To confirm your booking:

• Provide accurate travel details (date, time, pickup & drop locations).

• A booking confirmation will be sent via SMS or email.

• The customer is responsible for checking all details before confirmation.

Note: Last-minute changes may not always be accommodated, depending on cab availability.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment can be made through UPI, cash, online transfer, or card payment.

• For outstation trips, an advance payment (20–30%) is required to confirm your booking.

• The balance amount must be settled at the end of the journey.

• Toll, parking, and state tax charges are not included in the base fare and must be paid by the customer during the trip.

Zoop Cab ensures all charges are clearly communicated upfront — no hidden costs, no surprises.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and flexible:

• Cancellation made 24 hours before pickup – 100% refund of advance.

• Cancellation made 12 hours before pickup – 50% refund.

• Cancellation made less than 6 hours before pickup – No refund.

• If a driver has already reached the pickup point and the customer cancels, cancellation charges apply.

5. Vehicle and Driver Allocation

Zoop Cab ensures all vehicles are well-maintained, sanitized, and equipped with basic amenities. Depending on your booking, we provide:

• Swift Dzire

• Toyota Innova

• Ertiga

• Tempo Traveller

• Sedan, SUV, and luxury car options

Our drivers are:

• Professionally trained and verified

• Polite, punctual, and experienced in long-distance routes

• Well-versed with Ahmedabad city and nearby destinations

If the assigned driver or vehicle faces an issue, Zoop Cab will arrange a replacement at the earliest possible time.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To maintain mutual respect and service quality, we request our customers to:

• Provide accurate details while booking.

• Treat drivers and vehicles respectfully.

• Avoid smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances in the vehicle.

• Do not overload the car beyond capacity.

• Pay applicable tolls, parking, or other charges promptly.

If a customer causes damage to the vehicle or its equipment, repair costs may be charged.

7. Zoop Cab Responsibilities

At Zoop Cab, customer safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. We commit to:

8. Delays and Route Changes

While we make every effort to reach your pickup and drop points on time, certain factors may cause delays such as:

• Traffic jams

• Weather conditions

• Vehicle breakdowns

In such cases, we will immediately update you and make alternate arrangements if necessary.

For route changes requested mid-trip, extra charges may apply depending on distance and time.

9. Outstation Travel Policy

When booking an outstation cab from Ahmedabad, please note:

• Minimum billing for 250 km per day applies.

• Night driver allowance is applicable after 10 PM.

• State taxes, tolls, and parking are extra.

• Oneway drop options are available for major routes like Mumbai, Surat, Pune, and Udaipur.

Zoop Cab ensures smooth outstation travel with experienced drivers and comfortable vehicles for long routes.

10. Safety and Conduct Policy

Your safety is our topmost priority. All Zoop Cab drivers undergo:

• Background verification

• Driving skill tests

• Behavioral and customer service training

• Report any safety or misconduct issues immediately.
